We want the real you
Try to relax and be natural, we don’t have a dress code… just be you! The purpose of the interview is for us to learn more about you and your relevant skills and experience. Be confident and enthusiastic and tell your stories concisely.
Do your research
In addition to researching Ubisoft and the studio or business office that you are interviewing with, research who you will be meeting during the interview. Look at their LinkedIn profile and their experience. This will give you an opportunity to make a connection and discuss topics that are most relevant.
Accessibility
Ubisoft is committed to providing an inclusive recruitment process for all candidates, so everyone can be their best selves during the process. We know it can be daunting, but we encourage you to share the support, and adjustment needs that you’re comfortable with to our Talent Acquisition team member managing the recruitment process.
Think about why we should hire you
Highlight what makes you stand out and why we should be excited about having you join us. Tell us about the things you’ve done and how they demonstrate your skills and abilities, using concrete examples to help us understand what your capable of.
Pay attention to the question
Whilst you will be eager to showcase your skills, experience, and the previous projects that you’ve undertaken, it’s important that you use examples that are appropriate to question asked without getting side tracked. Pay keen attention to the question and ensure you answer it fully.
It’s a two-way process
Ask us questions too. We want you to be able to decide if we are the right company for you. It may help you to think about what you want to ask us before the interview.
